Shipping:

  • We ship to all US States Including HI, AK, PR, APO, DPO, FPO, and US P.O. Boxes
  • Most Orders will ship within 12-24 business hours after payment is received.
  • We do international shipping only via US shipping center. International shipment may take 2-6 weeks for  delivery depending on your country’s customs and postal system
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible any charges or duties incurred in your country.
  • Combine shipping/savings is available, please send a message and we will send you a combined invoice.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

  • If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact US to arrange a return, exchange and refund. YOU HAVE TO SEND THE ITEM BACK ON YOUR OWN COST, WE WON’T PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR SOMETHING WRONG
  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date the items arrive at your door.
  • Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If the item is Broken or Defective. Please note a return for any reason other than Defect or Damage, may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. We Do Not Refund Shipping Costs. Even the item had Free Shipping when purchased, we still incur in shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are available and require additional shipping costs.
